Pack of 15 sachets of Iberian hams, machine-sliced, obtained from the hind legs of 100% purebred Iberian pigs.
These 100% Iberian hams are the result of careful rearing of Iberian pigs fed mainly on cereals and acorns, giving them their unique flavor and delicate texture.
The aroma and taste of Iberian hams and cured meats from Puente Robles are so distinctive and unique thanks to their curing in the pure air and shade of the Arribes del Duero.
Each slice is a unique experience that will transport you to the tradition and authentic taste of Iberian gastronomy.

Serving
To fully enjoy the flavor of 100% Iberian hams, we recommend serving at approximately 24°C.
If vacuum-packed, remove from packaging and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. If refrigerated, this time may increase up to 2 hours.
Best before: 6 months.

Cereals, herbs, wild plants, and acorns.
Curing Time
Total curing of 36 months, with only 3 months in the drying room and the rest naturally cured in our facilities.
Storage
Sliced or cut ham: store refrigerated between 0–8°C. Let it reach room temperature for 10 minutes before consumption.
Certified with Calicer PI/0649/15, guaranteeing the client and final consumer the commitment to quality and compliance with current regulations.
