Orders will be dispatched to the address provided by the User once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are approximate and do not constitute a fundamental contractual obligation:

  • Mainland Spain: 24–48 working hours
  • Portugal and the Balearic Islands: 3–5 working days
  • Rest of the European Union: up to 10 working days

Shipments are handled by reputable logistics operators. Puente Robles shall not be liable for delays or incidents attributable to third parties or to force majeure.

Shipping costs:

  • Mainland Spain: €6.60 (standard delivery). Free for orders over €99.50
  • Portugal: €11.50. Free for orders over €100
  • Balearic Islands: €11.50. Free for orders over €100
  • EU Zone I: €18. Free for orders over €250
  • EU Zone II: €25. Free for orders over €300
  • Canary Islands: €16

Products are shipped in compliance with current regulations governing the transport of foodstuffs.

Products may be vacuum-packed, in mesh bags or frozen, depending on their nature, to ensure they remain in good condition.
