GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – PUENTE ROBLES

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contracting, purchase, delivery, returns and other aspects relating to the products offered on www.puenterobles.com (hereinafter, the “Shop”).

Placing an order implies the express, full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, which shall apply in the version in force at the time of purchase.


1. PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND FORMALISATION OF THE CONTRACT

1.1. To make a purchase in the Shop, the User must register by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date details, and shall be solely responsible for their accuracy.
1.2. The purchase process is carried out exclusively through the Shop, following the instructions of the ordering system.
1.3. Once the order has been completed, the User will receive an automatic confirmation email, which shall serve as an acknowledgement of receipt, without constituting an invoice or definitive acceptance of the contract.
1.4. Puente Robles reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a manifest error in the price, lack of stock, fraud, misuse or breach of these terms and conditions.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

2.1. The applicable prices shall be those indicated in the Shop at any given time, expressed in euros and including, where applicable, any legally applicable taxes.
2.2. The accepted payment methods are:

• Credit or debit card
• Bizum
• Bank transfer
• PayPal (a 2.5% commission applies)
• Apple Pay
• Scalapay (deferred payment)

2.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, except in cases of deferred payment via Scalapay, which shall be governed by the provider’s terms and conditions.
2.4. In the case of PayPal, an additional commission of up to 2.5% may apply, of which the User will be informed in advance.
2.5. Scalapay allows the User to split the payment into 3 or 4 interest-free instalments, subject to the following conditions:
• The User must select Scalapay as the payment method during the purchase process.
• The User must create an account and link a payment method in a process taking approximately 2 minutes.
• The User will pay the first instalment at the time of purchase and receive the order immediately.
• The remaining instalments will be charged automatically every 30 days.
• In certain cases, the payment terms may be extended by up to 30 additional days, subject to the payment provider’s terms and conditions.
2.6. Vouchers, discounts or promotions shall not apply to delivery or administration charges, nor shall they be cumulative unless expressly stated.

3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

3.1. Orders will be dispatched to the address provided by the User once payment has been confirmed.
3.2. Delivery times are approximate and do not constitute an essential contractual obligation:
• Mainland Spain: 24–48 working hours
• Portugal and the Balearic Islands: 3–5 working days
• Rest of the European Union: up to 10 working days
3.3. Shipments are made via reputable logistics operators. Puente Robles shall not be liable for delays or incidents attributable to third parties or to force majeure.
3.4. Delivery charges:
• Mainland Spain: €6.60 (standard delivery). Free for orders over €99.50
• Portugal: €11.50. Free for orders over €100
• Balearic Islands: €11.50. Free for orders over €100
• EU Zone I: €18. Free for orders over €250
• EU Zone II: €25. Free for orders over €300
• Canary Islands: €16
3.5. Products are shipped in compliance with current regulations governing the transport of foodstuffs.
3.6. Products may be vacuum-packed, in mesh bags or frozen, depending on their nature, to ensure they remain in good condition.
3.7. During periods of high demand (particularly November and December), delivery times may be affected by logistical issues beyond the company’s control.

4. GIFT CARDS

4.1. Gift cards are a prepaid payment method valid exclusively in the Shop.
4.2. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be returned.
4.3. They may be used for one or more purchases until the balance is exhausted.
4.4. In the event of loss, theft or misuse, Puente Robles shall not accept any liability.

5. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

5.1. Puente Robles may offer specific terms and conditions to business customers, companies or distributors.
5.2. Such terms and conditions shall be subject to prior approval.
5.3. Puente Robles reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions.

6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

6.1. Promotions are of a temporary nature.
6.2. They may not be combined unless expressly stated.
6.3. Puente Robles may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

7.1. Given the nature of food products, the right of withdrawal may be legally restricted.
7.2. Returns will only be accepted in the event of a defective product or one in poor condition.
7.3. Notification must be given within 48 hours of receipt.
7.4. The product must be in its original packaging.
7.5. Return costs shall be borne by the User unless the error is attributable to the company.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence or, failing that, those of Zamora.
