Vineyard: Vineyards planted between 1910 and 1950 using the bush-trained method and grown without irrigation.
Soils: Weathered granite.
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
Harvest: Hand-harvested.
Vinification: Hand-harvested, destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing: 1 year in used French oak barrels.
Characteristics: A natural, still, fruity and mineral red wine. Total SO2: 30 mg/l
