Made from carefully selected meats and a balanced proportion of hot paprika, its kneading and slow curing process allows the spiciness to develop progressively and harmoniously. It offers a firm and juicy texture, with a deep aromatic profile and a lingering finish that adds character without overshadowing the quality of the raw material.
