How your gift card works
Choose the card amount and personalise the gift with the recipient’s name, a message and the date you’d like them to receive it. We’ll take care of sending it by email on the date you specify.
When the time comes, the recipient will receive their gift card with your message and a code to use in our online shop. They simply need to choose the products they like best, add them to their basket and apply the code at checkout.
It’s that simple: you give the gift, and the recipient enjoys choosing and savouring whatever takes their fancy.

What denominations of gift cards can I buy?
Puente Robles gift cards are available in denominations of €50, €100, €200 and €300. You can choose the one that best suits your gift.
Can I buy a card for less than the minimum denomination?
No, at the moment only the denominations listed on the website are available. This ensures the gift has a practical value and can be enjoyed to the full.
Does the recipient need to register to use the card?
Yes. The person you give the card to must register on our website to redeem it. All you need to do is make sure you send it at the right time.
When is the gift card discount applied?
The discount is applied when the recipient adds the products to their basket, selects the “Redeem gift card” option and enters the code you have sent them.
Can the gift card be used across multiple orders?
Yes. If the person receiving the card does not spend the entire balance on a single order, the remaining amount can be used on subsequent purchases until the card is fully redeemed.
What happens if the order exceeds the value of the gift card?
The recipient will only have to pay the amount exceeding the value of the card.
What if the order is less than the value of the card?
The remaining balance remains on the card and can be used for future purchases until it is used up or expires.
Are delivery charges applied?
Delivery charges are deducted from the card’s redeemable balance. If the recipient uses up the full balance of the card when purchasing products, they will be responsible for the delivery charges.
Can the gift card be used in conjunction with vouchers and other discounts?
The purchase of gift cards is not eligible for discounts from vouchers or other online offers. The recipient will, however, be able to benefit from such offers and coupons when they are available upon redeeming their card.
Can I use it for the entire catalogue?
Yes, the gift card can be used for any product in the Puente Robles online shop.
Does the gift card expire?
Yes, the recipient has a period of 6 months to redeem it from the date of receipt.
Can the gift card be transferred?
No, gift cards are personal and non-transferable. Only the person who receives it can use it.
What should I do if I lose the email containing the card?
You can request a resend. The card can only be used once and until the balance is exhausted, provided it has not been redeemed previously.
Can the gift card be returned?
Puente Robles gift cards cannot be returned once purchased, as they are personalised digital products sent by email on the selected date.
If there is an error with your purchase (amount, recipient or delivery date), we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can review it and help you resolve the issue before the card is sent.
If the card has already been delivered to the recipient, it can be used as normal within its validity period, but it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
